It certainly is. In fact most of the exhibits here are the best I have seen. When I visited the park (well over a decade ago) I was overwhelmed with how much nicer it is than what I had imagined. I said then and I still say it may be the best zoological park in the country.
A fantastic exhibit that is actually a full acre in size, offering the two bears a large space in a naturally wooded environment. The grizzly bear exhibit is likely of a similar size.
I was really impressed with Northwest Trek. The staff and the grounds were top notch. The beautiful forest setting really added to the experience as well. Highly recommended.
