The enclosure is larger than what is shown in the photo, and I agree that it does lack climbing structures for a species such as an ocelot. The feline area at the Oklahoma City Zoo is one of the better sections of the zoo, and although there is not a single spectacular exhibit all of the cat enclosures are of mesh or glass material, and fairly naturalistic.
Are the walls actually earth walls? If so, that's a great natural (not naturalistics, *natural*) material to be making enclosures out of. Cheap, abundant, environmentally-friendly, looks great.
