Gray foxes, are you sure? They look more like swift foxes to me.

I took your advice and changed the description to swift foxes, but I'm not 100% convinced. The gray fox at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum looks almost identical to the pair in this photo. We need a canine expert here...haha.

This do look like Swift foxes. Gray foxes are darker/grayer than swift foxes.
