Nothing! However, it is part of the Namib Desert area and there are 300 tons of red sand that is the first thing visitors see as they enter the world-famous Desert Dome. It is thus empty and spectacular at the same time.
When the dome first opened there was a mechanism that was supposed to allow "sandfalls" down the face of the dune to show the physical process by which these dunes form - not sure if it still works.
