At first I was taken aback as to why there would be a brand new addition to this aquarium that featured a pair of turkey vultures, even though the aviary is a nice size. However, the aquarium specializes in animals found along the Oregon coastline and apparently turkey vultures are scavengers of aquatic life on the area's numerous beaches.
