Yup, that's Chendra. I didn't know she was a pygmy.

No one seems to know how to classify this young female, and some zoologists have tossed out the notion that she might not be a "regular" Asian elephant.

She does look like a pygmy compared to the other asians at the zoo. Her trunk is also rather short compared to other asian elephants.

I think she actually does kind of look like just a really small asian normal.The pygmys as I remember are alot more tubby and more of a muddy,yellow color

She is more tubby and yellowish/brown compared to the other asians at the zoo, she also has the long tail that pygmies have.
