Phoenix Zoo - Capybara Pond (full of Duckweed)

August 2008. Apparently the capybaras are being phased out of the zoo's collection.

Do you know what animal will be exhibited here?

No idea, but ZooBeat member Ituri might know.

Last I heard it wasn't decided. I'm guessing that it will once again hold American alligators, or it will be demolished since they can't seem to get rid of the duckweed. I'm kinda leaning towards the latter. These are just educated guesses on my part.
