Sad to say, it is finished. However, I think they have an indoor holding area with climbing structures that is underneath this and not visible to the public. This is their indoor day room where they can choose to go if it is too hot out (air conditioned) or cold and rainy outside (heated).
After my visit today I am still quite perplexed by the two indoor rooms that were built, as there is practically nothing in them and the surrounding concrete is an eyesore. To not have any climbing structures is rather bizarre, and the exhibit opened in April and there is still no improvement.
