You are totally correct, and in truth there are barely any decent snow leopard exhibits around the world. I visited the Zurich Zoo in Switzerland years ago, and that was the best snow leopard enclosure that I've ever seen because it was so hilly. The second best would probably be at the Bronx Zoo's Himalayan Highlands.
