I've always thought that this section of the zoo was above average, with walruses, sea otters, seals, puffins and soon california sea lions together in the Rocky Shores zone. The sea lions are replacing the now absent beluga whales.
Yes I enjoyed this exhibit, the former beluga whale exhibit looked too shallow for them to me, but the two harbor seals currently in the exhibit seemed to be enjoying it.
