Yes, but there are two subspecies, Green-naped & White-naped, equally beautiful

There are actually four subspecies of pheasant pigeon!

I believe the other two have been made full species.

If you're thinking about the recent taxonomic revision then all four former subspecies have actually been split into full species. I assumed you weren't as you identify the bird as O. n. nobilis!

Ah, I was under the impression that two were separated and nobilis and aruensis were still subspecies.
