Is this exhibit directly across from the lions? Off the top of my head I cannot recall another African wild dog exhibit that is completely netted over like this one.

It is across from the lions. I usually see wild dogs in a moated or sunken enclosure so I did find it odd to have them netted. Given that Pueblo zoo has only one moated enclosure, lemur island, and the rest of the exhibits are either paddocks or barred cages, I suspect it's cheaper for the zoo to net.
