I want to say no. Nashville Warblers normally have yellow extending from the throat all the way to flanks and undertail coverts, and also have a very prominent white eye ring.
I would say this is a first year male Common Yellowthroat. Here is the description from the Stokes field guide: "First year male similar to female but with variable amount of black feathers in mask area; pale eye-ring;dull yellow throat and breast; creamy belly; flanks with heavy brownish wash; yellow undertail coverts."
