Well, construction started about three weeks ago and they are moving right along. That is the nice thing about being in the desert, you can work in January and not worry about weather delays. On far top right you can see the major street (22nd st) that the zoo will now extend to. On far bottom right you can see the end of the metal sided bridge that I am standing on for the photo. This will NOT be a zoo path - it is just outside the fence and is a new extension of the bike path that goes around the park.
