white rhino exhibit

It's always disappointing to me that when you do a stitched photo and get all the little bits right (like clean stitches, equal exposures etc) that the final 'cut' usually leaves out the top and bottom and removes some of the effect.

But nicely done AD!
 
This was a quick and dirty panorama (3 shots) with my pocket camera on program mode. I did just for ZooChat reference and really was not too concerned with how it came out. I do have some "serious" panorama images I have done with my SLR that came out nice, including a four foot by eight foot shot in my condo of Garden Of The Gods at sunset.
 
It might be quick and dirty, but it came out OK.
 
That honestly looks more lush than the rhinoceros enclosure at Kansas City and we have black rhinos and no more than two are on exhibit at a time and those two would be a mother and her juvenile calf. Thank you irrigation!:D
 
Apparently you have not noticed that the tree in the foreground (about two thirds to the right) is only half there. ;)

I actually thought that was a damaged tree that had been tidied up with a saw!
