Here is a hint: his profile does not list the specific state in which he lives (although I can tell you it is not Arizona). I will also tell you he is a youngster.
It was quite cold that morning and in spite of this he was wearing a very thin sweatshirt (almost like a long sleeve tshirt) and shorts. So I would not rule out northerner.
