There are quite a few photos of the Ndoki Forest complex at the zoo, but the gorilla exhibit itself is incredibly lush and green. At the moment there are 5 males in residence but they obviously leave most of the foliage untouched and I can imagine how hard it must be for visitors to locate a gorilla amongst the undergrowth. This exhibit was also the site of the famous 2009 escape when a male gorilla pulled himself up a steep cement wall simply by using a single piece of low-hanging bamboo.
