This walk-through exhibit is actually kind of lame, with obvious fencing and sparse vegetation creating an awful backdrop. Kangaroo Walkabout only just opened in 2010 on the site of the demolished sea lion pool, but it pales in comparison to much more impressive walk-through macropod exhibits at other American zoos like Fort Wayne, Kansas City or Detroit.
