Ive seen alot of red pandas in zoos such as erie zoo,cleveland zoo,akron zoo,columbus zoo,cincinnati zoo,ogelbay good zoo and when i was at smithsonian zoo they were off display at the time cause they had babies but anyways this is another reason why i wanna go to this zoo. another exhibit which is big,open and foresty for such a small animal. love it
Is there another barrier in addition to the rather porous-looking fence here? If the fence is the only barrier, do they not have concerns about the pandas getting out and/or people getting in
There is a steep drop off into a dry moat, and along the wall is an electric wire as extra precaution, most of the time the Pandas stay in the trees. They used to live with Muntjacs but they were move in the exhibit next to theirs.
