The Sacramento Zoo has a colony of a couple dozen straw-colored fruit bats. They have a daily demonstration where they weigh them and bribe them on to this contraption with a banana. This is the only way that people can get a good look at them, which is a shame as they are very charismatic and could be the biggest stars at the zoo if more people saw them.
