Has any zoo been able to keep red river hogs in an exhibit with any grass? Or any wild pig species; I can't recall any babirusa, warty pig or warthog exhibit with grass.

Check out the photos of the Babirusa exhibit at Saint Louis Zoo. That "Red Rocks" section of the zoo has two Babirusa enclosures and in both of them there is a lot of grass. I agree that keeping any kind of wild pig on lush grass is almost a lost cause, but the larger the exhibit the better chance there is of some greenery remaining intact.
