How wide is the moat? It looks like a determined tiger could clear that fence...

EDIT: just spotted the tiger in the pic, so i've got some idea of scale now, but it still LOOKS pretty dangerous to me (from this shot)

There are loads of junk exhibits at this zoo, which still receives a million visitors each year. I'm still waiting for photos of "nice" enclosures.

I think the limestone cliffs actually make many of the exhibits looks worse than they actually are. Would you say that is true jbnbsn99?

its very open. I think tiger exhibits should be well vegetated so the tigers are actually harder to see, so when you do see them they look amazing.

Far too barren of foliage and hiding places for a jungle dwelling animal and it doesn't look as though this poor tiger has a decent pool to swim in either

Nope, it is as bad as it looks. The moat is at least 20 deep. I've got more pics that will come later that give you a better idea of the scale of the moat (i.e. there is a tiger in the moat).
