Left side of the Sumatran Tiger exhibit.
He was alone, so unless there's another one inside or off exhibit there's little chance of breeding. Someone else must comment on past breeding I'm afraid.

All that's missing is Russell Crowe in a gladiator outfit...

This "exhibit" is reminiscent of 80% of the San Antonio Zoo, as flat, barren, Fred Flinstone rock quarries are the enclosures at this depressing zoo, along with endless wire aviaries. Great animal collection, fantastic new exhibits (Africa Live 1, Africa Live 2 and Tiny Tots play area) but much of the animals at this zoo deserve to battle Russell Crowe in an arena rather than die in such dreary surroundings. Compared to the lush beauty of outstanding zoos in North Carolina, Nashville and other places San Antonio comes across as an apocalyptical landscape awaiting a Mad Max character to blast it all away!:)

Thank you snowleopard. It not a good exhibit. Especially for an ENDANGERED species.

Nice to hear from u again:)

Fossa dude

@ Fossa dude: I don't think a bad exhibit is any more or less acceptable because an animal is rarer. Bad is bad.

Your Right KCZoo Fan - but lets say you put a small herd of peccary's or a large group of armadillo's or 2 elderly camels. Then I would think this is a good exhibit. It shows desertness. But for a Big cat ( Endangered or not. it is unacceptable ) And of coarse the exhibit would have to be modified for the new species.
