Thanks! We were vaguely aware they were in the zoo but not properly on show so were peering into corners just in case and eventually we did indeed find them!
Are these the only ones in Europe? As a high altitude species in North America I wonder if they are difficult to keep at lower elevation/warmer or wetter climates?
