Polar Bear exhibit

I've been enjoying seeing the old photos from the late 1970's or early 1980's. Awful exhibits that were at one time state-of-the-art. How times change...

Yeah, I found some old photos and thought they might be beneficial. Memories for those of us old enough to remember, and an education for those young enough to know everything.

Yep. Slides were at one time popular with Polar Bears, just like penguins. And, with footage of polar bears in the wild taken in the last decade or so, it seems that slides might not be such a silly thing after all, especially if the bears have cubs.

I think this is something gone from the Zoo that I actually remember. Sun Bear Forest replaced this right?
