yeah, the title of this photo does make you wonder. It seems the exhibit is combined with the aviary in the back of the photo. They put up new poles which they were painting when I was there (shame on the Zoo for not using VOC free paint). You can also see a frame on top of the rocks, which looks like it will be the base of the exhibit at that area and climbing structures going up.
