I agree, In my opinion this is probably the best new enclosure. It looks like a San Diego Zoo exhibit from the 70s or 80s. Even though, its basically a pit and it has bare concrete walls, it is planted decently and offers the red pandas good climbing opportunities. I'd say it passes as an average enclosure and its a huge improvement from the cage in the children's zoo and the small cage across from the pandas that isn't suited to hold anything.
