Outback - Koala Enclosures

Has construction started on this section of the zoo?
 
Does anybody know when the new koala area is supposed to be finished and/or what other species are going to be part of the new Australia area?

Update: I was able to find a little information on their website. It looks like there are plans to get Tasmanian devils again at some point according to their website:

Right. Not too many details about other species involved. Kookaburras, small marsupials and birds are mentioned. If we look at the segments of master plan that are available on the web, the bird exhibit may possibly take the form of a lorikeet feeding experience. Tassie devils are indeed planned for the future. I don't get the impression that anyone expects them to be part of the exhibit at opening. In fact, I will be pleasantly surprised if they ever do indeed acquire them at all.
