Cuban Hutia enclosure

Taken 26th October 2015
With quite a few Hutias, though most were in the indoor area with a somewhat cold day.

Where in the zoo is this exhibit? I don't have this species recorded from my 2012 visit. It doesn't look particularly attractive.

No, tayras are in the easternmost enclosure, hutias are in the middle, as Dove says between bush dogs (westernmost) and oncillas. They are later addition than tayras though, I don't know how long it is since your visit.

Thanks docend24! I visited 31 January 2012. I've just been through my photos, and I do have a photo of the Hutia sign, but none of the animals themselves, perhaps they weren't out.
