They were funny! The small Dik-Dik on the left was mistaken for baby Gerenuks 6 times! And I was only there for 5 min.

Of course it is-altough it is really a stupid thing- handraising male antelopes !

Taronga Western Plains Zoo successfully hand-raised a male scimitar horned oryx and even a female giraffe.

Wow - Incredible ! They handraised even a GIRAFFE successfully ? Congratulation to Western Plains Zoo,they can be proud on their themselfs, especially about the handraised oryx buck. In germany,some zoos do the only right thing with male antelopes, if they not can be raised natural-they feed them to the lions.

I'm proud to be live in a country, which isn't part of Bambi-World.
