thank you, Washaw. I always enjoy seeing the mechanicals behind-the-scenes of reptiles and amphibian exhibits. I do like the LED lighting strips, but the Zoo crapped out using the heat domes with plastic sockets. those are notorious to get hot, melt or start fires. there is one ceramic socket on the fourth viv on the right, probably using an mvb. I wish Zoos would stop using so much wattage on screen-topped vivs, add those with the fact they vents aimed at the vivs, and you have your own beef jerky machines. it would be easier to make the vivs taller, solid-topped with minimal venting with lighting mounted inside. they would be able to use lesser wattage bulbs and save on their electric bills and not have to compensate for temperature gradients.
