I've seen zoos label their stick-mimicking Proscopiid grasshoppers as various species, but for the time being they're probably best left at genus. I guess this is either Pseudoproscopia or Stiphra. The species level taxonomy in the various Proscopiid genera is a bit messy. Same as in most tropical insects actually. They're kept in a number of European zoos, too.
