How do San Diegans feel that the Arctic exhibits at SeaWorld and the Zoo compare?

SeaWorld's needs a LOT of updating in my opinion. The theming is nice I suppose, but the polar bear exhibit is absolutely tiny and made entirely of white concrete,I'm sure the belugas could use more room, and the walrus exhibit could use expanding. The concrete polar bear exhibit bothers me the most. (Most) regular zoos would have done away with that years ago,and SeaWorld should do away with it ASAP. The penguin encounter nearby is about the only high point of that area of SeaWorld. Now,the zoo's arctic complex, from memory,is great. It has helpful interpretives, a great spacious polar bear exhibit with natural substrate, such as grass(if I remember correctly,it's been a few months),and a nice pool. The reindeer exhibit (correct me if I'm wrong on the species) is a nice touch,as is the arctic fox,the arctic aviary is great, the only not-so-great part is the raccoon exhibit,as I have yet to actually see a raccoon in that exhibit.
