I hope that you can see from this photo that there will be a visitor walkway between the exhibits. There is an elevated walkway between the 2 sides for the leopards. We will have to wait to see if the leopards will be able to use them at will or if it will be keeper controlled.

This is a great view - thanks for sharing!

I was not envisioning a two sided exhibit like that with path in middle. Looks a little nicer than I expected.

How many leopards will be housed here? and can they get out of public view? they look as if they will be viewed all round until the screen grows up.

I will try to answer your questions after the exhibit is opened to the public.

What I see here are some very exposed cages on the left linked to some more private cages on the right. If the animals have the freedom to move back and forth then they can be in view or away from people, even up on the rockwork on the right, as they choose.

Nice to see all those landscapers there planting!:D

Looks much better than I thought it would have. Long, narrow exhibits. Leopards surrounded, but have options in the rear. Is this just for Amur and Snow Leopard? Or are they moving Clouded too? There seems to be a few holding buildings with outdoor access.

The only announced species are Amur Leopards and Snow Leopards, and as the exhibit is almost complete it can be assumed these are the only species that will be in the exhibit.

My hopes are a but lower now for these exhibits. It's a pathway down the middle with cages on each side at the most basic level. And they seem like contemporary versions of the old ones. Granted tall cages that are lushly planted make for great displays like PDZs clouded leopard exhibit. I feel that these big cats could use (at least) the illusion of more space.

Oooh, that's neat! What an interesting use of space - there's 4 animal bridges there! If they landscape nicely, this would make a wonderful exhibit! Looking forward to the final product!
