I hear this a lot with animal talks. I was at one talk on a bus, I think at Monato Zoo, and they were saying how endangered lions were, and how they needed our help, while when I went to Adelaide Zoo (the sister zoo) the sign in front of the lion enclosure says least concern. I think today it says vulnerable or something similar on the sign, but I think this happens a lot, especially when it is not keepers or similar (which was the case at monarto).
