Does anybody know what the basic design of this exhibit is? Are they using the infrastructure of the current exhibit and redesigning the yard, or are they building something entirely new like Lion Camp?

It is entirely new and will be located above the current tiger exhibit. The current exhibit area is probably too steep to accomodate any kind of visitor access.
