Scanned Wild Animal Park Photos 1992-2001 Photo ID?

This is either a Nilgiri tahr (Nilgiritragus hylocrius) or a Himalayan tahr (Hemitragus jemlahicus). I'm hoping it's the former. Any help on the id? This was taken from the monorail.

I've never seen a Himalayan tahr look that bare, but then I've never seen one kept in a place as hot as San Diego.

On balance, if they did keep Nilgiri tahr I'd side with that one over Himalayan. (But I've only seen Nilgiri tahr in photos so don't take my word for it!!).

I do know they've kept Nilgiri tahr when these pictures were taken, but they're mixed in an enclosure with many other goat species including the Himalayan tahr. I have another photo of a possible Nilgiri tahr I'm uploading now.

I am not quite convinced that that is a Nilgiri tahr (Hemitragus hylocrius), a Nilgiri tahrs horns are more narrow and rounded, plus the coat is kinda too shaggy to be a Nilgiri tahr, but the coat isn't as shaggy as the coat of a Himalayan tahr, the markings do look like that of a Nilgiri tahr tough, could it possibly be a hybrid of the two species ?
