This part is the very end of it, which will just be an overlook I think. It is being built near the current exhibit, but actually above it. It starts where the upper elephant overlook is and goes down to the old lion overlook. The upper elephant overlook is currently closed for construction and it is unclear whether it will be reopened once this is done.
The upper elephant overlook...is that up near the "top" by the path that leads down to current tiger overlook? I don't remember where the old lion overlook was. It would be a bummer if they permanently closed that elephant overlook...I have such "fond" memories of that spot. It's where I got sick on my birthday and had to spend an hour at first aid. hahaha. But the other overlook definitely gives you a better view of the elephant yards.
