Nothing today (except probably storage). It is a beautiful, historically-significant building, originally built as a rest and nursing area for mothers and young children. For a period in the 1970s and 80s, it was used as a gift shop, as it was adjacent to what was then the zoo's primary entrance off of Sloat Blvd. (closed).
With extensive renovation, it could become a fantastic revenue-generating event space, especially with its adjacency to the infamous new playground, Children's Zoo and Carousel. But it would take millions to do so.....
