When I first visited the zoo in the late 1990s they had a tigrina, which was exciting to see. They also had a mountain lion in one of those smaller cages. That wasn't so exciting.
The Santa Ana Zoo website indicates that they still have a margay as of March 2012, so unless it has croaked or been moved to another facility by June then presumably it will still be there. You might contact the zoo before you leave on your trip to confirm.

Yes the Santa Ana Zoo still does have margays, but the San Diego Zoo no longer has margays, In fact at the zoos last black tie event there was a raffle prize were they would let you pet and feed the margays, but unfortunately soon there are plans of phasing the margays out and replacing them with ocelots
