Do all of the Sea Life aquariums have an almost identical stingray tank? There are around 50 of the aquatic facilities around the globe and it appears that many of them have something extremely similar to what is shown in this photo.
I don't know if they supply all the tanks for the global franchise, but Sea Life have do have a specific tank-building facility, based at Weymouth if I recall correctly. Staff from there once competed on scrap-based engineering gameshow Scrapheap Challenge (and did fairly well).
I've not come across this design in the UK yet, although all the Aussie and US sites seem to have it. Maybe it will make its homeland debut at the new Trafford Centre (Manchester) site?
