Penguin Encounter - Building

How does the San Antonio penguin encounter compare in quality with the one in San Diego? Are they essentially identical?

@DavidBrown The penguin encounter is one of the highlights as overall the park is not nearly as impressive as the San Diego location. The SeaWorld penguin exhibits are very similar at the two parks, and both locations also have an adjacent puffin habitat as well.
