This is a truly great penguin sign. KCZooFan also posted a shot of it in another thread. I wish someone would design a giraffe sign like this with all of the different (sub)species.
Omaha has a similar thing in their aquarium I remember being facinated with as a child. It is bascially life-size cutouts of all the penguin species, lined up from little blue to emperor. I don't have a photo, but will try to get one next time I visit.
The best one I've ever seen is at The Penguin Parade at Phillip Island. They have stuffed specimens of about 10 or so species in a display. I'll see if I can find a photo.
