Amazon Rising must be one of the best South American-themed zones of any aquarium in America. With something like 30 exhibits with terrific immersive elements in a winding gallery it is one of the highlights of Shedd, surely one of the world's truly great aquatic zoos. Glancing through the ZooChat gallery there is obviously a high level of quality in almost all of the exhibits (the California sea lion pool is perhaps the exception to the rule) and I look forward to re-visiting Shedd in the future.
