No, they have only this one old mare, mixed with all-mare group of Przewalski´s.
Zoo Brno decided few years ago to show the variability of existing related living forms on the example of wild horses/asses for education purpouses. They have nice breeding groups of Grevy zebras, Chapman zebras and kiangs. When they wanted to obtain Przewalskis, they were aware about the problem with surplus in Europe, so they agreed to have only a group of mares without any breeding prospect (coming from the breeding centre at Dolni Dobrejovice that belongs to Prague zoo). At that time there was also this old kulan mare standing somewhere alone (Bratislava?? i´m not sure) that urgently needed new home. Because it was accually in line with their education plan, and also with her wellfare on mind, they accepted her and she gets surpricingly well with the other mares.
