Do they have cheesy alligator wresting-style shows at this zoo or is it more of a conservation oriented place - my impression from reading about the place is that it's a pretty good zoo and lacks the Steve Irwin type of croc-harassment "entertainment" that is associated with some of these alligator tourism places.

I was a huge fan of Steve Irwin but this alligator farm has a far different show. I actually watched the whole thing just before we left and it was quite educational and an employee walked into the exhibit and steered clear of the huge gators as she doled out scraps of food. I seem to remember her carrying a long stick and a bucket of "gator pellets", and some of the alligators in the large exhibit are massive.
