This is not a good pic by which to judge the exhibit. The Tautphaus Park Zoo is a very small zoo in the very small town of Idaho Falls, ID. It would be imprudent for them to build a multimillion dollar indoor rain forest. This exhibit is spacious, naturally lit, with appropriate climbing structures and enrichment. The actual view into this exhibit is anything but "prison-like".
