One of the few open-topped puma exhibits around (Arizona-Sonora has one as well), and was the leopard enclosure also open-topped? Probably not, but from your photo of the exhibit it's difficult to tell if there is some kind of roof on the enclosure.

I believe the leopard enclosure was fully enclosed. I spent so much time waiting for one to come back into the open, I really can't quite remember. But I'm fairly sure it had a mesh covering.
Yes, the leopard enclosure is covered with mesh. The puma, cheetah, bobcat and caracal enlcosures are open top. (Bobcat and caracal have near identical side-by-side enclosures and are sometimes rotated. They look very much like the ones at small cat canyon at Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum).
Puma enclosure looks a bit more barren here than the times I have been (although I think last time it was a bit more barren than previous visits).
Their next addition is supposed to be lions and crocodiles just below the giraffes, but it has been several years since this was announced and nothing has started. Lions will round out an excellent cat collection. Besides those mentioned above, they also have arabian wildcat, sand cat and serval. They used to have one ocelot, usually kept off-exhibit (I only saw it displayed one time in the ringtail habitat), but it has surely died of old age by now.
I'm sure funding would explain the master plan delays. But there is a sign right past the Giraffe/Ostrich habitat that still designates a large open area for future African exhibits.
