Not sure if you are referring to Bactrian wapiti or addax? If it is the former, the previous post answers your question. If it is the latter, they are fairly common in American zoos.

I meant Bactrian wapiti. I've seen addax in zoos.
 
I found out that Detroit Zoo also had Bactrian wapiti (Cervus elaphus bactrianus), they lived in a mixed exhibit with Bactrian camels (Camelus bactrianus), Thorolds deer (Przewalskium albirostris) and Arabian goitered gazelles (Gazella subgutturosa marica)
