Since this part of "Africa: From the Desert to the Sea" focuses on West African rivers, I'd suggest West African Lungfish.

The warthogs skull's an interesting decoration.

Indeed it was. Unfortunately, this tank is now longer here. In fact, the entire African exhibit except the Meerkats have been replaced with various species with the word "dragon" in their names

Can any fish experts confirm that this was in-fact a West African Lungfish?
